Victoria Dentists

I have been to Victoria Dentsits a few times now and every time I have blown away by the service and professionalism.

When you get there you are greeted by the lovely receptionist and don't have to wait long to be seen. The service is great and it was an added bonus for them to take care of my southern cross claim then and there to cover my visit,

I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a visit or not happy with their current dentist.

I visited Victoria Dentists yesterday - my first dental visit in a very long time. I was suffering extreme pain and was extremely nervous. I was gently put at ease with a very welcoming receptionist/nurse, and then Richard took a look and carefully began to talk me through all my options, and available plans for both treatment and finances. Using an ipad he easily showed me the different treatment options and fully explained the implications of each option. With a very friendly, relaxed, informative and extremely gentle approach, i was made to very feel welcome, safe and in control of my decisions and outcomes. I cannot thank you guys enough, and highly recommend your service and professionalism!!

Victoria Dentists are just great. Dr Richard gave me my smile back.
I had crowns and fillings all of which were pain free.
Dr Richard always rang me the next day to see if dental work was ok
They gave me a quote to suit my finances.
The whole team were welcoming and friendly and I felt comfortable going there.

It has been more than twenty years since I last went to the dentist and it was the latest in a long line of horrible experiences which have kept me away from dentists.
I finally summoned the courage and went to Victoria Dentists recently and it was simply the best experience.
Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I sat down with the dentist and discussed my concerns, my specific situation and together we worked out a plan that suited my work commitments and my financial situation.
The whole way through, I felt like I was in control of what was happening.
The dental work was of an incredibly high standard and was done completely without pain.
I would highly recommend Victoria dentist to anyone and everyone.

First day i was nervous knowing they where going to play around with my teeth in my mouth but when i got to the reception the lady said hi you must be Tania, i said yes i am, then said said take a seat on the couch. I wasn't a long wait until Dr Richard called me in. He introduced himself to my mum and myself and ask me what career i was wanting to do and was very supportive of it, this made me feel really comfortable and welcoming knowing he was interested in what i had to say (hes a very good listener). I sat down and he told me what work was needed and asked if i wanted my teeth gap filled without me asking about it, he asked me if i had any questions i wanted answering. When i came back for work to be done on my teeth i had an hour appointment booked because i needed a bit of work done, he asked how i was and asked how was my career going then i sat down on the dentists chair and his lovely nurse gave me some cool glasses and a bib, then they started the work. After the work was done i asked Dr Richard 'do you not use needles now?' he said yes we put 4 in whys that? i said 'i didnt feel anything' he and the nurse laughed. The next day i got a phone call from dr richard asking me how i felt the next day, i said i fine thank you, he sad thats good ill see you next time. This lightened up my day as it showed he took time to asked how i was after the appointment. On my last visit i went in comfortably knowing i was in safe hands he asked what i've been doing i said im doing a course now. He was excited and interested. I didnt feel a thing this time like the last time and this was good becasue i hate dentists. After wards he wished me luck on my course and told me if any problems to go back to see him. The nurse was very helpful and welcoming i felt like i truly made two new friends there after only being there 3 times i would recomend to everyone truly helpful and kind, im proud to call you my dentists.
