      Not impressed.. Phoned the 0800 number to book an over the phone appraisal at 10.30..didnt receive a call back so phoned at 10.40..0800 number tried phoning consultant.. No luck. Then tried front desk no luck.. At this state I was on the phone until lose to 11am..then I requested to talk to manager.. Again no luck getting through.. Left a message for a manager to call me back.. Its been over a week now.
      Just to clarify the 0800 number manually books appointments into agents calender and also sends an email.. I was completely ignored by both agent and manager.. Took my car else where. Cheers Turners.
      2 stars are for the lady on the 0800 number. She was a pleasure to deal with
