The Warehouse Ltd

Nice & spacious store. Love their kids trolleys, it keeps my toddler out of trouble while we shop :) The store is always tidy and there's plenty of parking.

This Warehouse is ok but it can be a bit inconvenient to shop here because parking is very limited at times and to get from the car park to the actual shop its quite a distance to walk. There is an elevator from the carpark which helps but I tend to prefer other Warehouses in Hamilton. It is kind of handy having kmart and The Warehouse next door to one another though.

The store could do with a good tidy up as the toys are always on the wrong shelves and have been moved around, or the clothes are all over the place. Cheap value deals at the warehouse with clothing and general household items, can always pick up things super cheap and within budget.

Great service at this branch of the Warehouse. It is huge but they have a 'finder' or concierge person at the entrance who can direct you to what you need.

Sadly, I missed this person and went out on my own looking for something - a lady at the clothing department was really helpful when I asked her where my item might be located. She looked on her computer system and we couldn't see the item - in the end we both had our phones out looking for it on the Warehouse website. As soon as we had the code she could look it up and give me an aisle number.

Above and beyond customer service - very happy!

The store has an organized parking now. They develop a good system of pay parking using a metered machine. The store has a wide selection of goods at cheaper prices. I bought a box of chocolates last easter as they have this $1 sale of chocolate slabs. Grab yourself a bargain.
