This store is huge...love the choices available...clean tidy spacious uncluttered store...customer service and staff are great...always loads of specials to choose from...ample parking and easily accessible. The only downfall is that due to being NZ's largest store and part of a larger mall, the store gets unbelievably busy over peak times and holiday periods and it can be impossible to find a park in their huge car park.

Great Warehouse, huge and full of variety and good quality products, always tidy and clean. Found some shoes for my granddaughter so she was happy. She loves the small shopping trolly too.

Big store and conveniently situated at the Base shopping centre which makes it very easy to go from one store to another :) Staff are very friendly and the people at the returns desk were awesome when we had to go return a couple items. Love how they do the tables with the $1, $2, $3 deals etc and they have a great range of cheap cleaning products.

Amazing service in store today when I lost my child in store, thank you.

This Warehouse is ok but it can be a bit inconvenient to shop here because parking is very limited at times and to get from the car park to the actual shop its quite a distance to walk. There is an elevator from the carpark which helps but I tend to prefer other Warehouses in Hamilton. It is kind of handy having kmart and The Warehouse next door to one another though.
