Good customer service over through phone. I didn't wait long to speak to team member and they got back to me for product stock transfer for item which I was interested in it. Quick communication and highly recommend warehouse te rapa, where everyone gets bargain.

Great service at this branch of the Warehouse. It is huge but they have a 'finder' or concierge person at the entrance who can direct you to what you need.

Sadly, I missed this person and went out on my own looking for something - a lady at the clothing department was really helpful when I asked her where my item might be located. She looked on her computer system and we couldn't see the item - in the end we both had our phones out looking for it on the Warehouse website. As soon as we had the code she could look it up and give me an aisle number.

Above and beyond customer service - very happy!

This store is huge...love the choices available...clean tidy spacious uncluttered store...customer service and staff are great...always loads of specials to choose from...ample parking and easily accessible

Decent for one of the smaller warehouse stores. Great staff. The slowest lift in Hamilton.

Only downfall is the paid parking requirements as this deters me and I go to the Te Rapa store where parking is free with a range of other stores to visit. Always find a good bargain at the warehouse though :)
