Offering eat-in lunch and lunch takeaway Tuesday to Friday 11.30-2.30pm and eat-in dinner and dinner takeaway 5pm to late 7 days a week, The Original Thai Restaurant is the perfect place to savour genuine Thai cuisine. Our fantastic Thai chef has over 16 years experience and offers a wide selection of food. Our delicious menu will leave your mouth watering and you wanting more! No MSG is used in our food and Halal meat is available, and there is no surcharge on public holidays. We also offer functions and out catering services. The food here is delicious! Particularly the sea food! The fish, the prawns. We tried every prawn Wellington had on offer and this place nails it hands down. Owner is hilarious, lovely and attentive and it’s BYO!!! You can take a few beers in if you want!! As Wellingtonians We love it here and would highly recommend

Very authentic, great tasting Thai food. Friendly service and very accommodating staff
