Quality of products is always top-notch, but prices are just way to high. Body Shop have always been on the higher end price-wise, but it's really expensive now.

Products are okay. I would expect better quality for the price I paid. Staff were friendly and helped me find a face wash. Unfortunately it did not work for my skin type like I was told.

Beautiful store, such lovely products, the coconut body butter is the best. Absolutely love it.

This store smells so good! The staff are lovely and the store is always really tidy and clean.
