I was on a prepaid plan where I pay monthly either via app or buy tip up cards from the store. When you pay via the app they take the amount twice. This has happened three times They do pay it back, however it takes 5-10 working days. Not all people can afford this. They do let you pay via top up however this required me going to the shop which I didn’t have time for. I have since switched providers due to this.

I converted to spark after the Rugby World Cup and have really enjoyed the service so far

Went into this store with my father in law to sort out an old business account and close it. It was a struggle at the start but once we got the right staff member all was sorted rather quickly. New phone purchased, everything transferred over while we shopped around.

Spark is my internet provider and it seems I’ve been having ongoing issues with my internet service and every time I tell spark about it they take me through the same steps which in the end is a waste of time. Wouldn’t recommend considering my experience
