      Good service and friendly staff who listen and don't pressure you to buy a more expensive phone than you want to. When I bought my last phone from there the screen protector had a bubble in it and they replaced it free of charge without any drama.

      Not so happy with the customer service. Seems they take ages to finish a customer and the waiting line is always long. Most of the time I just leave if I have been waiting a while.
