      Wow, this place is amazing, huge, great shops and free parking all day, late night Thursday. Great food selection and ample parking both covered and uncovered

      Usually a reliable franchise but this one was average when I visited. Managed to ruin a toasted sandwich - burnt outside and cold/unmelted inside. Burnt coffees as well to top it off. With lots of other cafes in the vicinity I unfortunately won't return.

      I enjoy going to The Base as it has a vast range of stores and free parking, lots of it! It can get quite busy during peaks times, but I usually just avoid the undercover parking because that's where it can get really congested. It is a really large space so walking between shops can get tiring, but there are benches and a children's playground for a rest. I also like that it's close to Kmart, Countdown and New World.

      Has everything you beed in one place. Great range of shops, biggest and best shopping mall in NZ. Plus tonnes of free car parking which makes it even better.
