I drove all the way from Tauranga to go to Redrat, because they were the only place which had the trainer I was looking for. They didn't disappoint. They have a huge variety of shoes and clothing. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

I shopped here for the first time and will never come back. I needed to return an online order so came instore. The staff did not know how to process the refund and tried to argue with me until a manager came and showed them how to process. Also people were coming in and out of the store and the security alarm was going off constantly so who knows if they were shoplifting.

A great range of beautiful new season clothing. Most styles are classics that will last, so worth the slightly larger price tag. I love the fact that they have part pay now!

Great how they have a pay weekly option. Got some decent shoes from there. And also a couple of pairs of cheap shorts. Staff made it a breeze to shop there
