So, to start with they are now located on Te Rapa Road. The new building gives them FAR more room to lay things out, so it looks a bit spartan and unfinished ATM.

Went in the other day to buy a few things, and they informed me that they didn't have them in stock, and a search on the system showed no store chain-wide. The next morning, I got a txt to let me know they had found one, it was on the way JUST IN CASE I wanted it, and I could pop in later that afternoon to view it.

Popped in, viewed it, bought it. Along with a pile of accessories and when I saw they were having a 1-day sale on camera gear I took the opportunity to buy a GoPro and a pile of extras.

Service was amazing, friendly, patient and a perfect example of 'going that extra mile' - well done Alex!

I plan to go back and buy more in the near future, and will be making sure I get the same team member, because he showed what it means to put the customer first.

Great prices of top-line gear, plus good deals on reconditioned hardware. Highly recommend! Getting out of the parking area onto a main road during peak traffic was the only annoyance.

Staff are very unhelpful. We rung up foir a certain case and was told it was there. When we got there they did not have it at all and was actually told that case was not for my phone size
