Staff here are always great and I have purchased a few things online to click and collect and it has always been hassle free. They are always willing to price match too which is good if you are looking for a bargain.

Really good service, had some one come and explain the differences between the ipads. They even price matched with another store.

Friendly and casual staff that will show you what you ask for, but are somewhat less than useful if you are simply browsing and don't really know exactly what you need. eg. If you ask about phones, they'll show you the phone display... then stand there waiting for you to select the one you want, rather than try to guide you to the best unit for your needs.

This can prove to be far more frustrating than relaxing - having a salesperson hovering over you without saying anything feels more like being in a classroom the morning of a test you haven't studied for, than trying to upgrade your gear.
