The food is quite something, very authentic and full of flavour. It may not be what you expect, not because of any fault in their food, but more a case of the general "Indian Takeaway" is far from authentic so you're used to "Westernised" versions of the real thing.

The venue is a little cramped-feeling though - it's a small space and packs in a fair amount of seating, so expect "cosy and intimate... with new friends just an elbow away" rather than "private and romantic".

The prices are quite in line with market rates, so you won't be paying for gold and getting curry. If you are fortunate enough to be there when the owner is on duty, do be sure to have a chat, he's a lovely chap and well worth talking with while you wait for you food to arrive.

We had the butter chicken tonight, and the garlic naan bread was light and tasty. Staff are lovely and friendly too and prices are reasonable.

We eat here regularly even though it's a bit out of our way. The food is consistently excellent. Friendly service. The chicken tikka masala is my favourite.Always excellent food. Have tried at least 5 different dishes and all top notch.

Another of my favourites as they are always spot on and consistent with their flavours. Butter chicken is so good and rice is fresh and fluffy. Yum!

Has really good garlic naan, tastes so good. The place is really clean and tidy. And the staff are attentive.
