Great service and even better coffee!

Situated directly in front of the Waikato Hospital entrance, we spent a fair about of time here while my son was recovering from his operation. Excellent coffee, smoothies and scones. Can get quite busy, and messy, at times. There are usually a few newspapers and magazines to look at, important if you're trying to fill in time.

The customer service was great and friendly. I ordered the waffles with honey bacon and the waffles were a bit doughy and undercooked. The hot chocolates were nice. The ambiance was good. All in all it, the experience was good but the food lacking the finer details.

This place was very busy when I went to this cafe. This is always a good sign. The coffee tastes great and the food was really nicely presented. The staff were very positive and friendly.
