The store is beautiful- black background, sparkling diamonds and smiling staff. I enjoy browsing here, and despite the fact I'm only looking, the staff are still friendly anyway.

staff are always keen to help but not pushy which is a nice change for jewelery buying. shop is always tidy and glass is always clean without hand prints. I would recommend if buying wedding or engagement rings to get the lifetime care plan. even though its a few hundred dollars it will save you huge amounts over the years

Lovely, friendly and helpful staff who are always very welcoming! I love browsing the new collections and cant help but stop in for a quick look when walking by... although it can be a little hard to walk away without falling in love with something!
