Little Korea Restaurant

Little Korea is a great place for delicious Korean food. The bulgogi beef hotpot noodles I ordered came with a complimentary bowl of rice and there were the usual side dishes as well.

The portion was surprisingly generous for a relatively cheap eat in Hamilton. I also found the broth very flavourful and like drinking liquid bulgogi. It was addictingly good. I found it went really well with the rice and would soak a spoonful in the broth. There were all sorts of vegetables, tender beef and glass noodles that soaked in the broth as well. I also liked that chili oil was provided separately so that it wasn't spicy and you could spice it up to your liking. The soft boiled egg was a beautiful touch to the bowl of umami.

The owner was also very friendly, although they seemed to be the only one there that night. There are several tables and a very nice Korean decor, so I suspect it must get busier on other nights. Don't miss grabbing a hard Korean mint at the till on your way out to round out the experience.

A different style of food yet good to try new foods once in a while. Helpful staff who explained each item well. Very clean and great atmosphere.

Really love Korean food and these guys do it so well. The bbq flavour cannot be beaten, friendly service and very helpful to people new to Korean food. Great night out.
