Impeccable service. Really friendly staff and great communication. The receptionist was super friendly, bubbly and professional. Brought my car in for a service and it was done efficiently. Highly recommend.

Rating is for the Te Rapa base of which I am a loyal customer and always get everything done there. Great customer service and my car is always well looked after :)

Friend recommended this place before and it's absolutely great. I just had my car WOF and service done with them a while ago and they were super effecient. Definitely will go back.

5 out of 5 for this place! Lightning Automotive is an amazing place if you need to get your car fixed. I had to get my car's bushes replaced, and I had such a hard time searching for a place that would even look at the car that day, let alone fix it. I called up Lightning Automotive and they were able to squeeze in a look AND a fix. It was a good price, and their customer service was FANTASTIC. They were very friendly people, and knew how to crack a joke. I will definitely be returning here for any of my car's needs. Including the WoF!
