The fastest service ever and really nice helpful people. HAd a quote from a Tauranga appliance company $700 lucky I spoke with this company they quoted over the phone $30 labour $120 parts. So I'm really pleased. So make sure you use a Kirby dealers and not appliance services that say they fix kirbys. Thanks
