Jumpflex has outstanding service and products. They have replaced a part of our tramp that failed. It was completely free of charge and the replacement was quick to arrive by courier. The trampoline has been excellent. Great quality and I feel the kids are safe on it. I'd highly recommend them!

Just put together our 14 foot tramp as a Christmas present for our children. It went together easily and was very well received on Christmas morning. Customer service was excellent when we had a few hiccups with delivery. I also loved that I could do a 6 month layby.

This company goes above and beyond. I bought a Jumpflex trampoline 5 years ago. Whenever an issue arises, no matter how small they come and sort it out and make sure we are left smiling.
As for the trampoline, bouncy and safe! My kids love the hoop and the sprinkler in the summer!
