Clean, pristine and ALWAYS tidy! The air con is always perfect (and a godsend in Summer!). Equipment is all very well looked after and showers are superb!

Staff are always very friendly and greet you when you come and go. I always find that it can get a bit packed around 5pm but everyone is always very supportive of each other and their fitness goals
