Great selection of computer games and parts. Cheap dvds and cds. I brought a good set of head phones from there not long ago. Stores very bright with all the yellow. Very welcoming

Very cheap products. Service is not the best, i feel like the staff don't want to be in the shop serving. Excellent range of products. Great location with ample parking.

jb hi fi were really tops and I have no complaints at all. I really like their on-line returns policy, which I didn't have to use, but it gave me confidence to buy knowing that if something was not right I could send it back, no questions asked.

I bought a UHD 40 inch TV few weeks ago. the CSR was really helpful in advising me the features and warranty info. Also i was able to get 3 years warranty at a bargain price. Good work guys keep it up. will surely visit them again,

Great customer service here, they are really patient too. I had three different gift cards and only one had credit on, i was unsure which one and the girl in checkout was so patient with me. Would happily return
