This hotel went out of there way to make our stay amazing thank you for finding a room for us so we could share my nephews 3rd birthday together just amazing

Very nice and clean hotel. Wasn't expecting to pay for parking pretty disappointed we couldn't just get in our vehicle and drive, had to ring reception 15 mins beforehand for them to get our vehicle otherwise parking was across rhe road at novotel and was $15 per exit! Other than that, rooms were nice, food was excellent.

Wonderful stay rooms was nice and tidy and clean, the breakfast spread was incredible and staffe were very friendly and helpful. Loved the handy location of this place as well & valet parking was also a bonus.

Excellent location, great room prices and they serve buffet breakfast. A but disappointed because my son was excited to eat pancakes and we were told they don’t have it that day. My son read it from the menu list at the restaurant and even on the ads in the lifts. The waitress was a bit grumpy but after chatting with her she lighten up and found out that they were short staffed that day. That may explain her grumpiness.
The rooms are good size and our room had a lovely view of the Waikato river.
They have valet parking, too.
