We got our heatpump through these guys and they did have good prices on Panasonic heatpump and installation which was good with interest free. We had issues with the heat pump but after a few emails they came out to fix.

store has a great layout so its easy to find what your looking for. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. overall a good experience and will return again.

Went to Buy Fitbit. It was cheaper in other stores like noel leeming. But Heatcotes didnt do any kind comparison on pricing. Staff were not very helpful, quite disappointing.

Friendly staff and easy layout. Husband and I were taking a long time so the kids settled in front of a tv with cartoons, on bean bags. Great way to occupy the kids quietly while we shopped in peace.
