A huge, well stocked store. Well set out too. The staff are super friendly - I only wish that I wouldn't get interrupted from a new one every two minutes!

Huge department store with loads of variety and options in all aspects across this shop. Sale reps in the furniture deparment and electronics have been a bit to pushy for our liking but otherwise they were very welcoming and offered a good deal of knowledge for their area of placing. Store is set up very appealing like and has a good flow to it. Prices are a little higher than department stores offering the same sort of products however the warrenties etc that are offered are a little more promising in their products. No complaint about parking as there is a lot of it.

Went to return an item I purchase as it was a change of mind, staff were so helpful. Happy to do refund, Also while going saw some nice rocking lazy boy couches it was really good and Ravi the sales person was also giving us good deals and 15 months interest free as well.

Big huge store with lots of space to shop and a huge range of all sorts of home items and electronics. Staff are super helpful too. Always doing great deals

Nice, big spacious shop that can allow you to have a look without someone jumping on you for a sale. However more staff are needed in the electronics section as every time we have been there there is never any staff around, or just a couple who are busy with customers. They have a great selection and staff are friendly otherwise. Have had one major problem which took forever to rectify but was not their fault, and problem was eventually solved. Lady was a bit slack with communication to keep us in the loop though! One salesman made out he knew everything about anything but we soon saw through that and carried on with a different salesperson. Has not put us off!
