This is a great place for free outdoor leisure for all ages. We take our toddler here often to run around in the open grass fields and play by the river. We brought my family here when they visited to enjoy the variety and beauty and of the immaculately maintained gardens. There are also awesome events happening and a great little cafe. There is always something happening making the gardens a must-see in Hamilton!

Love the different gardens for different countries! These gardens are always well maintained and kept clean and tidy. NOT DOG FRIENDLY

Absolutely stunning gardens, huge area of land with lots of different themed gardens that are immaculatly landscaped and is just like being transported to another part of the world. Lovely large lawns for picnics, plenty of parking. A great day trip from Auckland.
