If sausages are your thing this butcher makes his own, so none of the usual 'nasties' found in the mass produced product. He does several types/ flavours so try some of each - he will even obliging mark the different sorts! Of course its not his only product - his range is wide .Because he is open on all Saturdays for the market, he is closed on Monday!
