well looked after by the pharmacist and staff.
It's an inviting little shop with lots of quality products to choose from and staff seem very attentive.

When I took a prescription into this pharmacy to be filled, they engaged me in a unnecessary discussion over some subsidy number (which I did not need as I was paying full price). Then, they quoted me the prescription cost "per line". After all was said and done, this was apparently just a smokescreen for their trying to shortchange me on the number of pills. Previously, their eftpos system has offered me the pointless opportunity to pay them in US$. (A scheme whereby the customer is charged a poor exchange rate to NZ$ and the proceeds are split with the merchant). After shopping at this business a few times, I am left wary of their business style and I believe it is unreasonable to feel the need to scrutinise everything when buying from them. I have never experienced this style before and intend to shop elsewhere in future.

Always friendly staff, caring and helpful... go the extra mile for their customers and know all their regulars by name... no matter where in Hamilton I live, I will only use these guys
