      We recently visited Columbus for some gluten free slices for the children. Sometimes whilst gluten free food is gluten free by ingredient, it is then cross contaminated by using tongs (that have been used for other food). Columbus got it right! I observed from a distance, that new clean tongs were used to plate up our gluten free food & the food was super great! Win win, thanks Columbus.
