Noisy and chaotic! Terrible coffee. But that aside the kids definitely have fun and enjoy the experience. Staff are friendly and helpful if approached. Huge premises with lots to offer-venue for birthdays and events as well. A bit pricey but will buy you a decent three hours of entertainment indoors on a rainy day. Heaps of free parking right outside.

Great place to bring the kids, they absolutely loved the climbing frames, the only downside was how loud the place was. It can be a bit tricky if your kids are sensitive to loud noises! The drinks sold here are reasonably priced. Plus you can hold birthday parties which is a great option for younger children.

Children enjoy it. but it is expensive and really not a lot for money spent. A better option on a good day is to go to Hamilton Lake (Lake Rotoroa) where there is a large and diverse children's playground area and utilise this. It won't cost anything and the children will have just as much fun there!

Pretty impressed with the layout, reasonably clean and a great place to go when raining. Busy in school holidays as to be expected. Foods good coffee was great. Look forward to heading back next time we are up

Great food, didn't get a coffee but the cake was yum. The kids had a blast, they just run and don't stop. Really good value for money and safe too, thanks for providing a really neat venue.
