Chipmunks Playland & Cafe

We love this place - the kids have an absolute ball and we get to relax for a bit. The food is average but given we're there for the kids to play, that's not the end of the world.

Pretty impressed with the layout, reasonably clean and a great place to go when raining. Busy in school holidays as to be expected. Foods good coffee was great. Look forward to heading back next time we are up

Great for the kids and a good holiday program too. Staff are helpful and friendly. Food is good, recommend the steak sandwich, it's great value.

Children enjoy it. but it is expensive and really not a lot for money spent. A better option on a good day is to go to Hamilton Lake (Lake Rotoroa) where there is a large and diverse children's playground area and utilise this. It won't cost anything and the children will have just as much fun there!

the kids had a great day here. they are experts at birthday parties so would recommend to everyone. The cakes are bit to pricey and small but nice. Great staff
