This is one of my favourite shops. Great customer service, products and prices.

Had everything we were looking for. Helpful staff also

its a bit of a worry when you ask a staff member a question and they tell you the wrong thing to use which ends up making the problem worst, staff should have some knowledge about what area they work in.
but in saying that there is a very helpful guy in lighting.

The store is always tidy and there are more than enough carparks. The service, however, is often lacking. We frequently struggle to find a staff member around to ask for help. Where to go for check-out is also sometimes confusing, especially when all the main tills are closed. Today we waited for the cashier to serve us and when he finally looked up, we were told he wasn't open for us to pay at and to go somewhere else. Just a bit unfriendly and unhelpful. Otherwise not a bad hardware store with a decent range of products.

Nice big store which has loads of products. Pricing is great. Great help from the staff that are floating about. Love the garden centre. Wait time is not very long to get served. Customer Services ladies need some training, they are very rude, abrupt and really should not be working in a customer focused area. Otherwise great store!
