They have a layby system! The baby factory is a trusted store and very well known. The stock good brands of all items available from strollers to toys to clothing, you name it, they have it. I purchased a cot from here that converts into a toddler bed. Its solid, its sturdy and looks like it will last for years and years.

Staff are disappointing in this store. Follow up to faulty items is frustrating and slow and being told "that sux" as a comment from staff heightens the problem. Like the franchise but will choose to shop at another location in future

Love how they do a lay by system on certain items. I bought my sons cot from here for such a good price it was one of their exclusive brands it is awesome! staff were very helpful too. Great customer service

Great store to pop into for cheap and cheerful kids clothing. Love getting little dresses for a few $$ for kindy. Friendly staff and great location.
