What Makes Us Different

We always use Aerolink Shuttle when we need reliable transportation to the Auckland airport. Very professional, reasonable prices, great confirmation for times and safe drivers.

I highly recommend this company as the Shuttles are on time, the drivers are very helpful and the fares are reasonable.

I used Aerolink just over a year ago and they were great to deal with over the phone and easily contactable. My shuttle was almost an hour late which made me super nervous for my international flight, but when I phoned to see where they were, the call was answered at 5am. We made up some time on the road and I was in time for check in still, so that was good.
Recently I booked a shuttle with them but needed to cancel, they offered me a full refund on the spot, and it is being processed now.

Be aware that if an Item of your luggage goes missing during the course of your trip(falls out or taken by another passenger) there is no procedure or policy in place that ensures you will have it returned or the lose covered. Nor a level of empathy, little own an apology.
I have been unfortunate enough to have recently gone through this and after several attempts both over the phone and email, I have yet to receive a response. After week of zero contact its looks likely to stay this way.
It is unfortunate this is the way i have been dealt with. I have never felt the need to leave a review like this before, but i would not like anyone else to experience what i am still having to deal with.
Due to this experience i would highly recommend anyone else.
