      Adriana's caffe & ristorante was established in the eighties as Hamilton's first authentic Italian cuisine restaurant. Named after the original owner, (Adriana - a vivacious and talented Italian lady), Adriana's has been trading successfully from its Alma Street premises in the CBD for 18 years and is proudly the oldest restaurant in the city. Renowned for its unique and intimate ambience, its level of personalised service and its consistently authentic Italian cuisine, Adriana's remains a popular first-choice for discerning Hamiltonians, the many international visitors to the city, including many patrons from Auckland and other regional centres.       We were shown our table promptly when we arrived. The menu was extensive. We shared two bruschetta, which were very ordinary. Our mains were fine, not special, the fresh vegetables with our meals were bland. It was a very ordinary meal indeed.

      We love the atmosphere, friendly and attentive service, excellent food. As my little darling said "they have the best spaghetti marinara ever".
