      Good solid cafe, with good food. The staff were really nice and friendly, and also were able to answer a few questions about the area. The coffee was really good, and service was quick. Really nice soft atmosphere.

      Stopped in for lunch while waiting for the TranzAlpine back to Christchurch. Staff were friendly and the pumpkin/roasted capsicum soup was tasty, hot and very affordable.

      An amazing wee cafe with a lot on offer! Excellent views and yummy food and drinks. Really really friendly service and again, excellent location near the lake.

      Very clean and tidy with an excellent outlook onto the lake and rail station. Coffee is excellent and good food. Very comfortable and the people are very friendly The steak sandwich is so delicious, my daughter loves the fries. We were sitting outdoor table surrounded by trees, plants, flowers and birds.
