Location is nice and spot on. I couldn't move but my friend from other gym moved here as they bought a house within this area. They swear by the kind of classes that are held here and training provided. I guess being a bigger facility that's going to expected from them, cleaner and a good range of machines etc.

I love this gym so much compared to any other gym i've been too, great facilities and I love going to the group classes the instructors are so motivating and I've seen so much progress with my fitness while going there! So worth it!

A well-equipped gym, a tad pricey but good services and programmes there.

I needed to change gym locations due to a change in work locations and the staff here made it a very simple and easy process. nothing was too much trouble and i was even given a tour through the complex so i would be able to find my way around...great customer service..thank you!!

Signed up for a 2 week trial, which went really well for me. I however didnt continue my membership past the trial period as the traffic heading to and from new lynn in the mornings and evenings is ridiculous.
