The big red shop always delivers on everything. No hassle either when trying to exchange a product that broke while under warranty.

The staff are mostly friendly and the store was lovely and clean

An average warehouse with a standard layout to most others throughout the South Island. The staff were very helpful but there wasn't many around at the time we visited, however, we did not have to queue long at checkout making our visit quick and easy.
