      I wanted a system that would heat the house that I was renovating in winter and keep it cool in summer. It had to be economical to run and not too pricey to install and it had to be aesthetically discrete as it is a 120 year old house. Tim Fenn went to any lengths to come up with a system ideally suited to my needs and he followed the installation through right to the end. Not only that, but he saved me thousands on the original quotes for air conditioning and central heating by coming up with a single reversible system which does both.
