      Really brilliant place to call into if you are ever heading down south. Very on trend in terms of style and food. Amazing burgers and the chicken is so good. Good range of craft beer too.

      Was really pleased with my visit here. It had a really nice atmosphere and the staffs were all hard working and attentive. The food was lovely as well.

      Stopped here on the way back from Wanaka to Christchurch. It was raining sheets of rain. The Running Duck was warm and cozy. The soup with cheese bread was comforting and delicious. The bathroom is one of the coolest ever.

      On our way to Christchurch and we wanted lunch. We actually say this cafe in the way to Twizel so we made sure we stopped on the way back. You order and pay them they bring it to you. There is lots on the menu but my wife picked the halloumi salad and her remarks was the cheese is different here in NZ compared to Europe or North America. I had the blue cod fish and chips and it was good. Friendly service and a funky decor
