staff friendly and attentive. We loved our visit! Headed off around Shakespeare Bluff, lonely beach and back to Whitianga. Appetites well prepared for dinner at Salt.

This little cafe doesn’t look like much but when you see the pie warmer and cabinet plus the menu you’ll be in for a treat. We went here for breakfast and dinner (make a booking) and happily enjoyed our meals. Worth the money

My wife and I took ferry from Whitianga then walked via Whitianga rock across country to front beach, and awesome and a little quirky (as I pushing boundaries in a very good way!), staff friendly and attentive. Great and wonderfully fresh food, great location and a great place, especially all the art. Lovely outdoor areas to eat.

Great food and atmosphere- love the live music during summer! Great to see some local beers on the menu and seafood is beautiful and fresh. Well worth a visit
