Located within the historic Speight¿s Brewery the Ale House offers a wide range of food and beverages. The Speight¿s Brewery remains a popular and lively part of Dunedin attracting both locals and visitors. All meals have been designed to match one of our fine tap ales. Our venue is great for groups, families and those wanting to enjoy the game on the big screen. We are open for lunch and dinner with kid¿s menus available and a catering service for large groups. Many of our meals can be altered to suit dietary requirements. Come in and join us at The Speight¿s Ale House in Dunedin. Our award winning beer and hearty value for money menu will not disappoint!

Good pub food with a great selection of beers. It feels like an American style restaurant - is big so it has lots of room for everyone. A little out of the CBD so parking is usually easy to get.

Is a really nice place, the atmosphere is very laid back, the décor is very pretty in here. It’s a great place to catch up with people. great chips and steaks as usual.

Incredible food and staff. The atmosphere is awesome, as it is inside the Speights brewery. The copper pipes running through the restaurant really add to the feel of the place. We love coming here for birthdays.

I LOVED the tour we took of the brewery, very interesting and the tasting was fun and very generous. Amazing value for money!!! We went in 2016 and are about ready to do it again
