Spark Business Hub Dunedin

I have been with Spark since 2010 and have enjoyed the service and like the deals offered and also how the staff are friendly, and you can get something on offer which is a nice thing. I like how you can bring your number from another company over and still use your own phone and you get a another sim card and plug it in once the old one stops working. I think parking can be a issue and also you only have around 5 minutes to park outside so need to watch out if the meter person comes around.

First time in there I had to wait a long time (about 20 mins) for some help, not the best experience. My second time in there was better though, didn't have to wait as long and the guy that served me was good

The store is well stocked but the staff was not so helpful as they were busy at the time I was there. The place is not so comfortable for shopping and the plans were not so comprehensive and cheap as compared to others.

This Telco shop provides excellent customer service. No jargon - use everyday language so elderly non technos will understand. Reasonable prices too. They take their time to make sure you understand everything T+Cs.

Awesome Service and staff, always very welcoming and helpful, they always try to give you the best deal possible within your price range.
