I got a quote form Roslyn Mowers for the installation of a Masport inbuilt fire with wetback to replace my existing freestanding fireplace. I was assured that the model quoted for would heat my two living areas and kitchen easily. The fireplace, once installed was very hard to light, and even once fully ablaze there was almost no heat coming out of the vents. To their credit Roslyn Mowers then heightened the flue and replaced the cowling; which made very minimal difference if anything .
For almost $7000 I have certainly not got the sustainable heating system in my house that I had requested and been quoted for!

We had an employee install our fireplace and they done a fantastic job! Was quite a complicated job that took the whole day but the guy was so friendly and chatty that it made the whole process a breeze. Highly recommended!
