I recently bought a house with gas, and had no knowledge of how it works, as I've never lived anywhere that uses gas before. I had a problem with my hot water, and called Dj from Proflow, who shuffled things around to come out that morning to check things out for me. He went above and beyond the usual call of duty to help out. He was so non-judgemental of my lack of knowledge in the area, and explained things clearly in an easy-to-understand way, without being patronising. Amazing service, amd I'll definitely be back next time something goes wrong with my gas!
