I am extremely appreciative to the team at Normans for the outstanding job they did recently with my Nissan Tiida to identify and solve the ongoing and increasingly dangerous issue I was having with my car cutting out mid-drive. I had been several times to another garage (no disrespect to them) but they couldn't identify the issue. The team at Normans went the extra mile even taking the car home overnight to help catch the trouble and then once identified and the car was fixed to check that it was operating as it should be. The explanation I was given was thorough and easy for me to understand and I appreciated how respectful each of the staff were in giving their time to explain to me exactly what was going on. The car also honestly drives so smoothly now after the repair. The admin team are also excellent and are always on the end of the phone if you have any questions. Even though this was a really busy time for the garage the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The team obviously have a lot of skill and experience and know their stuff and are really going all out to offer the best experience possible. The price was also very fair for the quality of work done and time taken. I would highly recommend.
