Modaks Espresso

I used to think badly of this place as I had some bad experiences with surly staff but it has definitely changed for the better. I am a massive Bruce Springsteen and Morrissey fan. They give you table numbers with pictures on them. They first gave me one with The Boss on it! and I went again the next day and was handed Moz- good omens!!! AMAZING mocha too

Good consistent coffee, the food was good, there were yummy choices for gluten free - great salad with peas and feta, service good and we love the ambiance.

A great range of decent food, street fighter and some of the best chips in town. The staff are all very helpful and the atmosphere is great, with paintings on sale by local artists. It is a tad expensive, but it's clear they put a lot of effort into the place.
