Called in here while out shopping to enquire about treatments for dry skin . I"m not sure if the person who I dealt with knew little about the products I asked about or was just having a bad day but she seemed totally disinterested in serving me and in the end I left and went elsewhere.

I am regularly impressed with the Service. Professional, efficient and always helpful with a smile. Whether you're talking to a pharmacist or someone from the retail team you are always treated with respect and as an individual.

Absolutely lovely staff. I've encountered a number of them now and found them all to be excellent. They are caring and listen before making recommendations.
A good range of gift ideas in there too.

This is a spacious pharmacy that offers a good range of products suitable for gifting. Have also had good advice from retail staff regarding make-up and over-the-counter medicine. Very helpful staff with a good service and good value.
