Jitsu The

Delicious sushi & fried chicken, washed down with an asahi dry! Restaurant is very clean and presentable. We were waited on here by a friendly man who even offered us some miso soup on the house. Highly recommend the food here. One let down was, when we were paying we showed them a voucher we had from the entertainment book (25% off) and instantly her mood towards us changed as if she was annoyed we were cashing in?? Other than that, I will return.

The Jitsu has some delicious Japanese meals! There are lots of filling dishes to choose from on the menu and they are all reasonably priced. Chopsticks are used instead of knives and forks so some dishes, such as salads, can be difficult to eat if you haven't used chopsticks a lot. The staff are nice and friendly here also.

Quite a good restaurant if you like Japanese, and not too bad if (like me) you normally aren't too fond of Japanese style cooking. It also has quite a different atmosphere to the usual so if you want to try something a bit different I recommend giving them a try.

I keep going back here because both the food and the service is so good. I've tried at least half of their menu and haven't' been disappointed yet. The prices are reasonable for the generous portions you get. Great place for lunch especially!

The food is always great, and they have a vegan menu- which has fabulous options. The staff are lovely too! It's a great place for a great meal at a reasonable price!
