      I love the items H&J stock, but I can find the staff a little bit snooty at times - particularly some of the older ladies! Sometimes I get the feeling they assume I won't buy anything, so won't bother to give me the same service than say, someone my mother's age. The girls in the beauty area are lovely though!

      I liked H and J smith because they had a range of quality products, but it is a bit on the expensive side even when they have a sale on, the customer service from the staff seemed reasonably good. Would recommend this shop for high quality products that justify the expensive prices.
