Golden harvest was such a wonderful find. We have traveled the world and tried to eat Chinese everywhere and this was one of the best meals we have had. Lilly was lovely in taking care of us and I don’t think she believed how much we would eat. The Peking duck was outstanding, as good as anywhere. The hot and sour soup and won ton soup were great as was every dish we tried. We only wish the ship stayed another day so we could go back. Thank you for one of the highlight meals of our trip n

My only complaints are the steeper prices for the same quality, smaller portions and one of the dim sums I always want (water chestnut) is never in stock. Simply remove it from your indoor menu please!
I’ve also had the custard buns which are average yum cha buns. Delicious still!

Definitely the best dim sums in Dunedin - others in town are rip offs. You do get an authentic feeling. Tip: book your table (and food) beforehand with the lovely ladies so you don't need to wait upon arrival.

I really enjoyed my time here I was very happy with the food I ordered. I was also very happy with the level of service. The food was tasty and had great flavours.

Went there on a Saturday for yum cha lunch. The restaurant atmosphere and decor was good, their bathroom is clean and tidy, which was a bonus. The restaurant wasn't busy. We ordered the yum cha from menu ( instead of trolley service like other places). Wouldn't say their food was the best but it wasn't the worst, it was better than yum cha we tried at small towns outside of Auckland and Wellington.
